I am currently the Director of Innovative Research at Arch Collaborative (formerly Children’s Legacy Center and One Safe Place, two non-profits that merged), in Redding California. Arch serves victims of child abuse, commercial sexual exploitation, and domestic violence. Formerly the Head of Department and Associate Professor in the Department of Psychology at the International Medical University, Program Head for the master’s program in Clinical Psychology at HELP University in Kuala Lumpur, I regularly taught clinical research and evaluation, personality, psychotherapy, personality assessment, family systems and therapy, organizational behavior, industrial/organizational psychology, and clinical interviewing for over 20 years. I also taught as an adjunct faculty at Northcentral University (NCU), Arizona where I handled research and statistics for Ph.D. students in the School of Psychology through an online portal.
In the Philippines I taught in various universities including the University of San Carlos, University of the Philippines-Cebu, and the Ateneo de Manila University. I was also a faculty of mediation at the Philippine Judicial Academy, the educational arm of the Supreme Court of the Philippines.
I regularly consult with MNCs and non-government organizations (NGOs) in the aspects of conflict and crisis management, performance management and measurement, team building and visioning, stress management, and in conducting organization climate surveys and evaluation research.
I hold a master’s in I/O Psychology and a Ph.D. in clinical psychology. I recently finished a book titled: Voices from Mars: A Psychobiography of a Person with Schizophrenia. This is published in Kindle Direct Publishing (2024). Link: https://a.co/d/6Fq6IHT.
